Shared accommodations basement for rent. One bedroom basement for rent. Has one big bedroom with closet, one bathroom with toilet, sink and vanity. One large open space where you can have a big living room or split it up into living room, dining room. Has a raised platform in the corner for the tv. Shared laundry downstairs and shared kitchen and shower upstairs. $700.00 includes all utilities , cable and internet. It has 2 love seats and a rocking chair but can be taken out if you already have furniture. Big back yard with a fire place and swings for kids. I would consider bringing in a dog but i'm allergic to cats so I can't have a cat here. 2 parking spaces in back and a semi private entrance.
